GOT AN IDEA for something
you'd like to develop? Contact us for assistance. Do not attempt to
tell us about the item. We won't listen. The proper procedure is for
us to provide you with intellectual property protection from the start.
We'll send the proper forms for you to sign, have
witnessed and return to us. The forms will be signed and witnessed
by the President and Vice-President prior to shipment to you. We'll
help and you have our word on it...in wriing...before we'll even listen.
After we review your idea and help you document the idea for intellectual
property protection, and perhaps prototype and test the idea for you
( secretly ), we'll work with our patent attorneys ( some of the most
well respected in the business ) in Washington DC. They hand carry
documents for immediate proof of receipt by the PTO.
We have a world of hard
won, expensively bought knowledge along with the ability to perform
extensive testing on your secret item...everything from how will
it look and behave after a year's use to what packaging is best
for what purpose.

We are constantly working
on something new and although we can't reveal any details, we can
tell you that some of what's currently under wraps are components
for use in commercial applications. They will make life easier for
electricians across the country and for installers of the items for
which they are used. Some other items are fishing products that will
change fishing forever. We're also working toward an item to improve
the qualify of life outdoors in mosquito infested areas without breaking
the bank. The items will be patent pending soon and we can report
them more fully elsewhere in the site.
